Thanks to Otto Scharmer and his book Theory U, we created a workbook that helps you navigate any life transformation. Otto is a senior lecturer at MIT and co-founder of the Presencing Institute and its school for transformation.

Together with colleagues at MIT, Scharmer conducted 150 interviews with entrepreneurs and innovators from many fields, and from these developed core principles into a theory of learning and leadership they called Theory U. These principles are meant to help political leaders, civil servants and managers overcome unproductive patterns of behaviour that stop them from seeing things from their clients' point of view and often lock them into ineffective decision-making.
