Dagmar Kéryová

Dagmar is a certified business coach who has worked in business for 25 years. Over more than 14 years she has worked with around a hundred teams and delivered more than 2,500 hours of individual coaching and mentoring. Her topics include leading change in teams and organisations, building flexible teams for a VUCA world and restoring collaboration within teams. She coaches leaders one-to-one and designs development programmes closely tied to practice. She also works with organisations that develop new leaders – student organisations and schools – and with the ICF (International Coaching Federation), where she has also served as president.

She co-founded Mysliteľňa, a concept for developing individuals and teams for success in business, and also a physical space in the streets of Bratislava's old town.
