Margaret Starka, co-author of Firemník, brings more than 16 years of professional experience in HR and marketing. She has worked with more than 20 companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and trained more than 400 professionals in HR and HR marketing.

She founded BE-DNA, an organisation that strategically connects the employee experience with the other pillars of a company to positively influence the customer experience and business success. Her focus on diversity and inclusion also led her to co-found **BE ID human**, where she runs workshops for managers on creating inclusive workplaces. With a passion for company culture and human potential, she helps create tools that improve working relationships and support employees' personal growth.
